Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
20% – Customer Service & Scheduling Support
Answering phone calls and emails when necessary
Scheduling plumbing jobs and coordinating appointments via our job management system
Sending reminders and confirmations to clients
Providing excellent, polite customer service on behalf of the team
40% – Social Media & Email Marketing
Creating and posting content on Facebook and Instagram
Helping plan and run marketing campaigns (e.g. monthly plumbing tips, seasonal reminders, promos)
Responding to messages and engaging with followers
Managing Google reviews and basic reputation management
Creating simple email newsletters using templates (Mailchimp or similar)
