Responsibilities:
Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve Customer Issues: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and satisfactory manner.
Provide Product/Service Information: Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
Process Orders and Returns: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and handling exchanges.
Maintain Customer Records: Accurately update and maintain customer records in our database.
Collaborate with Team Members: Work with other customer service representatives and teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Identify and Escalate Issues: Identify and escalate complex customer issues to management or other teams as necessary.
Requirements:
Education: OND, HND, or BSc.
Experience: 0-1 year in any field
Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
