Duties and responsibilities:
National Senior Certificate
1 – 2 years’ experience in a Call Centre or Customer Service environment is an advantage. (1 – 2 years)
Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Multilingual skills with French(advantageous, depending on company requirements)
Proficiency in relevant CRM systems and call centre software is beneficial
Skills required: French SpeakingThis is a Permanent position based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.
