Community Manager

Job Summary

We’re seeking a dynamic, creative, and people-oriented Community Manager to grow, engage, and nurture our online and offline communities across our products. You will be the voice of the brand, fostering engagement, building trust, and turning users into passionate advocates.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the community across platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Create and manage content calendars and ensure timely, relevant, and engaging posts.

Facilitate conversations and respond promptly to user comments, feedback, and inquiries.

Plan and execute community events (virtual AMAs, webinars, product Q&As, etc.)Monitor community sentiment and gather user insights to inform product and marketing teams.

Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce assets and campaigns.

Create weekly reports highlighting engagement trends, feedback, and areas for improvement.

Manage and moderate community spaces to ensure a respectful, inclusive, and value-driven environment.

Requirements

3+ years experience in a similar role, preferably in tech or product-led environments.

Exceptional communication skills—verbal and written.

Proven experience managing online communities and running engagement campaigns.

Familiarity with community platforms (Discord, Slack, etc.)A creative thinker with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Highly organized and comfortable working remotely and asynchronously.

Experience in social media management, content creation and/or digital marketing.

Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
