Responsibilities:
Respond to booking inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and texts.
Follow up with clients daily, minimum 50 chats/calls per day required.
Convert leads to confirmed bookings.
Maintain proper CRM documentation of all communications and bookings.
Handle shift duties including evening and weekend coverage.
Call clients a day before check-in to reconfirm and offer additional services (e.g., car hire, private chef, cruise).
Stay in contact throughout their stay and reconfirm plans 1–2 days before check-out.
Suggest upgrades and follow-up for repeat bookings.
Maintain apartment booking experience logs for future reference.
Requirements:
Minimum of OND or higher.
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
Sales and persuasive skills – ability to win clients and agents.
Smartphone proficiency (WhatsApp Business, calls, CRM tools).
Fast learner, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Must be able to work on-site in Gbagada.
Must be willing to work on shift and at least 2 Sundays per month.
Strong follow-up and client relationship-building skills (e.g., remembering birthdays, social preferences).
