Salary: 22,000 - 25,000

With Saturday schedule

Required Experience:

• Graduate of BS degree in Engineering or related field

• With appliance service management experience.

• History of training and developing a strong technical team.

• Experienced in KPI’s, data and metric development.

• Strong organizational and managerial skills.

• Extensive background in service

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

• Excellent computer skills including Excel and Outlook knowledge

Job Description:

• Oversee PSD operations, including repair, rework and ASC.

• Analyze and respond to customer complaints and requests regarding repair

• Provide support and analysis for issues arising in manufacturing, purchasing, quality control, and the field

• Coordinate activities of service personnel

• Provides mentorship and training to the team

• Supervising service legal agreements with customers and external service provider
