Role Description

1. This is a full-time, on-site role for an Anodizing Operator/Supervisor based in Vasai.

2. The Anodizing Operator/Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the anodizing process, including preparing and maintaining anodizing tanks, ensuring proper chemical balances, and monitoring the quality of anodized products.

3. Operate, monitor, and maintain anodizing equipment and tanks Prepare and process metal parts according to anodizing specifications.

4. Inspect parts before and after anodizing for defects or inconsistencies.

5. Mix and maintain chemical solutions per specified ratios and safety standards.

6. Adjust process parameters (voltage, temperature, immersion time) for optimal results.
