Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process Management. Assists Accounts Officer in cascading any developments (e.g. new product, product enhancements, new process, process enhancements) to customers or partners. Generates reports as requested by Branch Head. Organizes and safekeeps data according to standard records management process and guidelines.
Collection Management. Assists Accounts Officer in monitoring accounts receivables and other premium collection-related activities such as sending of reminders, monitoring of payment application.
A Bit About You
Candidate must be a graduate of any bachelor’s degree course;
At least two (2) years relevant work experience preferably gained from the financial services and/or insurance industry;
New graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word & Excel)
