Looking for an internship that will provide you with an experience like no other?
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automation Apprentice to join our Business Operations team. This role is designed for individuals eager to learn and develop skills in building automated sales journeys using Salesforce, Lean Data and Power Automate. The successful candidate will work closely with our Sales Innovation & Automation Analyst to gain hands-on experience and contribute to optimizing our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
Summary of the Role
Assist in designing and implementing automated sales journeys in Salesforce, LeanData, and Power Automate.
Collaborate with the Sales Innovation & Automation Analyst to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in testing and troubleshooting automation workflows to ensure they function as intended.
Document processes and workflows to maintain a clear record of automation projects.
Provide support and training to team members on using automated systems.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in sales automation and related technologies.
What will make me successful?
A keen interest in automation, sales processes, and technology a must
Basic understanding of Salesforce, LeanData, and Power Automate is a plus but full training will be provided
Previous experience or coursework in business operations, sales, or technology is advantageous
Familiarity with any CRM systems or automation tools is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Midrand
This is a hybrid role – three days per week in our Midrand office.
