Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Do interpretation and translation.
Prepare and manage correspondence.
Create report and prepare document.
Coordinate and organize meetings.
Organize travel arrangements.
Take Minutes of Meeting.
Liaise with external and internal parties.
Set up and maintain filing system.
Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree.
Business level Mandarin proficiency and conversational English proficiency.
Min. 1 year of experience as Personal Assistant, Assistant to Executive or Secretary Mandarin Speaker in any industry, experienced in doing secretarial duties (travel arrangements, screen and direct phone calls, do correspondence, manage appointments, create minutes), liaising externally and internally, do administrative roles, interpretation and translation, and making reports.
Willing to do business trip.
