Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly analyzes data that are relevant to and uses for Segmentation, Targeting, & Positioning (STP).
Participates in actual customer qualitative surveys and gather relevant information for new and existing models. Spearheads local area market dive and encode data based on the survey and present results.
Analyzes quantitative survey results (Organize, segment, tabulate, and present findings).
Pinpoints the Target Market specifically including demographics, psychographics, usage, reason for buying, motivations, media habits, etc.
Come up with current and future Model Brand Definitions that will serve as a marketing guide for the team.
Summarize, analyze, and process customer information to formulate marketing strategies for both national and local area basis.
Participate in brainstorming sessions with the Marketing Section to fix the backbone of marketing strategy and endorse to the rest of the Marketing Team.
Be the window person between Marketing Brand Strategy, Product Planning, and Manufacturing Section.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, preferably Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Management or any Marketing-related field.
Have working experience in marketing and/or brand management, research, or advertising.
Preferably knowledgeable and confident in handling data, analyzing quantitative and qualitative results to come up with full marketing plans.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
With basic knowledge in photography and videography.
Preferably adept with MS Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must be willing to be assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong.
