Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Drafting and reviewing documents for the market development and investment departments.
Drafting and reviewing legal corporate documents.
Managing company licenses and legal permits, including NIB, SBU, SKK, ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 37001, 45001), and TKA registration with LPJK.
Maintaining relationships with relevant government bodies (e.g., PUPR, BKPM, LPJK).
Maintaining and updating company core legal documents such as Articles of Association and Ministry of Justice approvals.
Monitoring and analyzing new regulations affecting the engineering industry, foreign investment, and labor laws.
Supporting departments on legal-related issues.
Assisting the Indonesian compliance officer with compliance tasks such as third-party due diligence, bidding, and contract compliance (excluding G&E, donations, cash payments, procurement).
Supporting company compliance training and all other compliance activities.
Initiating internal procedures for contract approvals.
Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law
High Conversational Mandarin proficiency, and Conversational English proficiency
Have 8 year of Legal experience in construction industry and at least 3 years in a managerial role, familiar with the contract terms of engineering companies
Responsiveness and readiness to work overtime if needed, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
