About the role:
OLIVER is a rapidly expanding creative services agency with a twist – we provide our clients with bespoke dedicated agencies that operate from within their offices.
We are looking for a Junior Social Media Content Creator, who will be working closely with the Group Account Director and existing team to generate engaging and customer focussed social content.
What you will be doing:
Content Creation:
Develop high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (e.g., images, videos, stories) tailored to each social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and 小红书 (is a plus)
Write compelling captions, post copy, and calls-to-action to drive engagement.
Ideation and Concept Development:
Brainstorm new and creative ways to reach and engage target audiences.
Stay informed about trends and cultural moments to create relevant and timely content.
Content Design and Editing:
Utilize graphic design tools and video editing software to enhance content.
Ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines and meets quality standards.
Planning, Scheduling and Posting:
Work in collaboration with the Social Media Manager to manage and schedule the content calendar.
Research and Trend Analysis:
Research industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging social media technologies.
Adapt and experiment with different content types and formats to see what resonates most with the audience.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure alignment on campaigns and strategy.
Collaborate with other creative team members to brainstorm ideas and execute campaigns.
Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
