About the job
The CRM team in Manila is a team of high performing data stewards supporting two platforms (InterAction, in specific locations and Baker CI, globally). These platforms \are used to drive collaboration and growth opportunities across the firm's clients.
This role is focused on delivering high level operational support and thus requires a high level of involvement as well as a flexible approach.
Responsibilities:
Maintain client data integrity in our CRM platforms
Data clean up via Excel, Google or tools built into Baker CI: merge and eliminate duplicate data and resolve discrepancies
Escalating issues, as appropriate
Liaising with other data stewarding teams to resolve data issues, such as Data Quality and Global Client Pursuits
Tracking and reporting of issues
Preparation and production of tailored reports for different stakeholders
Support CRM users to facilitate and encourage use of the system
Carry out ad hoc projects or activities, as requested
Skills and Experience:
Interest in data-driven business development and marketing, particularly in CRM optimization
Strong research, numeracy and lateral thinking skills
Excellent verbal, written and listening skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders in a time-
Ability to pay close attention to detail and to distinguish patterns
Self-motivated and enthusiastic with requisite personal drive and energy towards tasks and learning amidst competing deadlines and shifts in firm strategy
