Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure complete and accurate documentation for Import and Export certification requests with the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP).
Prepare and file exemption requests and related documentation with the Department of Finance (DOF).
Coordinate closely with the Customs Representative regarding documentary requirements.
Handle lodging of transactions via the Philippine National Single Window (NSW).
Prepare and submit customs entry documents and other necessary paperwork to the Bureau of Customs (BOC).
Process cash advances and liquidation within designated timelines.
Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of shipment and customs records.
Prepare delivery receipts and manage documentation for all released shipments.
