Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, payroll coordination, and performance management. You’ll help build a strong and vibrant work culture aligned with Wecodee’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and ensure timely resolution of HR issues.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
• Performance Management:
• Coordinate performance review cycles and maintain appraisal records.
• Work closely with managers to support employee growth and development plans.
• HR Operations & Compliance:
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations.
• Manage attendance, leaves, and employee database through HRMS.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant HR experience in the IT or tech services industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and payroll systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRMS tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a technology or fintech company.
• Familiarity with international HR practices.
