
Job Description
• Support recruitment activities including job posting, CV screening, and interview coordination.
•Maintain accurate staff records, contracts, and documentation.
•Assist in onboarding and off-boarding processes for employee.
•Ensure timely communication of HR policies and procedures to staff.
•Track leave, attendance, and other employee records.
•Provide first-level employee support and escalate issues as required.
•Liable with the external HR team on payroll inputs, staff performance updates, and disciplinary matters.
• Prepare reports and assist with internal HR audits and compliance checks.
