Trainee – Creative (Web & Intranet Design and Content)
This role supports the creative needs of the organization’s websites and intranet platforms. It involves assisting in the development of engaging visuals, banners, icons, and layout assets, along with writing or editing digital content such as taglines, microcopy, or campaign text. This position works closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to help execute creative briefs in alignment with brand guidelines.
This role includes participation in brainstorming sessions, preparing assets for digital formats, and versioning content for multiple screen types. It may also involve support in basic HTML formatting and content upload processes through CMS platforms, as well as localization or layout refinement for both internal and public-facing platforms.
Candidates should be pursuing or have completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related fields. Essential skills include familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), a strong sense of visual layout and color, creativity, and strong writing or language skills. Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or basic CMS tools is a plus.
Trainee – Strategic Projects (Web & Intranet)
This role provides support in the planning and coordination of website and intranet initiatives, making it ideal for individuals interested in digital platforms, business strategy, and user-centric design. It involves assisting in requirement gathering, preparing documentation, participating in meetings and workshops, and helping define roadmaps for web-related projects.
This role includes supporting user journey mapping, benchmarking digital experiences, compiling research reports, and documenting ideas from strategic workshops. It offers exposure to how digital platforms evolve and are governed in complex enterprise environments, with a chance to learn how strategy informs execution.
Candidates should be enrolled in or have recently completed studies in Business Administration, Management, Digital Strategy, or Computer Science. Useful skills include structured thinking, analytical research, clear communication, and proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, or basic project management platforms like Jira or Trello.
Trainee – Quality Control & Governance (Web & Intranet Operations)
This role supports the quality control and governance process across the organization’s websites and intranet. It involves assisting with content review, operational tracking, and quality assurance checks based on established guidelines and publishing workflows. The role ensures consistency and compliance in content updates across platforms.
This role includes supporting QA processes such as link verification, proofreading, metadata accuracy, image checks, and formatting validation. It also helps document operational reports, monitor SLA performance, and escalate issues that require attention. The trainee will learn how digital governance and quality assurance support a stable and user-friendly web presence.
