Front-end Development (With Exposure/ Knowledge Of React Native (Expo) And React)

About the internship

This post is not for UI/UX designers, but for Front-end Developers who code in Expo/ React Native and/or React and have the ability and expertise to convert UI/UX designs into working code that delivers a simple, visually appealing and easy experience.

This is a great opportunity for you to work at an early-stage, pre-revenue startup and gain hands-on experience working with cutting-edge technologies such as Expo, React Native, React, UI & UX Design, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux, Bootstrap, User Interface (UI) Development, REST API, HTML, and Node.js.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with our development team to design, develop, and implement user-friendly interfaces using Expo, React Native and React and other front-end technologies.

2. Map the user journey for various use cases to solve for users' needs and desires.

3. Author efficient and production-grade code in Typescript and Javascript to enable bringing customized UI/UX to life.

4. Assist in creating responsive and visually appealing web applications that enhance user experience.

5. Work closely with business teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the front-end development process.

6. Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

5. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our front-end development processes.

7. Utilize REST APIs to fetch and display data dynamically on the front-end.

8. Stay current on emerging front-end technologies and trends to contribute innovative ideas to our projects.
