By joining us as an Engineer I Technical Support Administration, you will undergo an 8-week classroom training and shadowing session to be conducted by our Systems and Training team, leaders, and product specialists. The training curriculum covers Introduction to Training and Industry Fundamentals, Rosemount Measurement product training, including pressure, DP-Level, DP-Flow, and temperature products, and order entry using Oracle and CRM.
After completing the program, you will join a group of hardworking, dynamic, and customer-focused business administrators. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
To review the configuration datasheets and validate them against customer requirements.
To perform automated sizing for the selection of the accurate unit.
To analyze customer requirements, provide recommended product features, and build models.
To evaluate individual instrument specifications and requirements and select appropriate model codes and service offerings.
To validate the model number in the business system or tools (Toolkit), such as code requirements, special requirements, and assembly codes.
To provide product lead times based on system data.
To check and extract customer-specific information from business systems.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related courses.
At least 1.5 years of experience in quote generation work and order screening tasks.
Willingness to work on a night shift schedule.
Proficiency in English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
