Requirements:
-Fluent in English (C1 level or above) — must be able to think and communicate like a native marketer
-60+ hours a week availability
-Extremely ambitious individual
-A strong interest in direct response marketing — VSLs, advertorials, funnels, performance tracking, testing
-Basic experience with paid ads, sales funnels, or ecommerce — even if freelance, side project, or internship
-Fast learner who wants to be mentored by someone who’s scaled to 8+ figures
-Comfortable writing or editing marketing content (headlines, ad copy, basic landing page edits)
-Extremely organized and proactive — you take ownership, follow through on tasks, and don’t need to be micromanaged
-Basic familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager or similar paid traffic platforms
-Strong analytical thinking — you enjoy understanding what makes things convert and are curious about performance metrics like CPA, CTR, and AOV
