Job Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of OND, HND, B.Sc. or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, or related fields (for technical contractors).

Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in construction, maintenance, or related contracting work.

Must possess relevant certifications, licenses, or trade qualifications in their area of specialization (e.g., masonry, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, etc.).

Demonstrated knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and project execution procedures.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Must own or have access to basic tools and equipment required for their trade.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
