Area Manager - Sozo Dental

1. Supervise and monitor all clinic operations process under your supervision

2. Organize clinic manpower shift management and capacity planning

3. Drive initiatives to support management goals

4. Maintain clinic's operation hygiene

5. Monitor SOP compliance across clinics, and managing customer satisfaction

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in managing multi-store retail business, preferably from clinic/f&b industry

2. Having strong management skills, as well as leadership skills

3. Strong in analytical, have a good sense of problem

4. Fluent in Indonesia, having good conversational skill in English is a plus

5. Tech savvy
