What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a solutions-driven Graduate AI Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to jumpstart their career by working on high-impact automation and AI projects. You'll work alongside business leaders to design and deliver smart solutions that make a real difference. This role blends business process analysis with cutting-edge AI technologies to streamline operations, reduce manual workloads, and drive organisational efficiency across multiple functions.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious, adaptable, and eager to work across systems and industries.

What are you expected to do?

Assist in end-to-end project delivery—from process analysis and solution design to implementation and deployment.

Build and configure automated workflows using tools like Microsoft Power Automate, ChatGPT/OpenAI APIs, and other low-code/no-code platforms.

Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for automation within existing systems (e.g., Microsoft 365), and tailor solutions to their unique needs.

Work across a diverse range of industries including legal, mining, manufacturing, retail, and small businesses.

Support solution deployment in environments where technical resources may be limited—taking ownership and finding ways to deliver effectively.

Continuously learn and experiment with new technologies to improve solutions and outcomes.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If

You are a recent graduate in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

You’ve worked with AI, automation, or process improvement tools during college—through projects, internships, freelance work, or competitions.

You are comfortable working across different business domains and adapting to client needs.

You are solutions-oriented, logical, and not afraid to test, fail, and iterate until you find what works.

You are a self-starter who can take initiative even in ambiguous or lean environments.

You have strong communication skills—you can bridge technical and business conversations.

We will be absolutely thrilled if you also have the following:

Certifications in AI, machine learning, or automation platforms

Familiarity with project management and Git-based version control

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, RPA tools, or integration platforms.

Exposure to process automation, workflow design, or data-driven solutions.

Projects or internships involving retail, manufacturing, mining, legal, or SMEs.

An entrepreneurial or consulting background, or a passion for solving real-world business problems using tech.

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.
