Responsible to lead and manage agency activities to achieve the allocated agencies Key Performance Index: APE, Persistency, New Agent Licensed, and Active Agent
Responsible to upgrade Agency Knowledge, Skill, Attitude and Habit for high productivity and professionalism
Provide excellent customer/agency service in the allocated Agency’s Office by managing the flow of information and ensuring that the systems and procedures are in compliance with company policies, acceptable accounting practices and applicable regulations
Uphold the integrity in accordance to the above responsibilities
Responsible for execution, completion and deliver of special projects initiatives from company
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, any discipline
Experienced as Area Sales Manager or Area Business Development Manager or Recruitment Specialist or Trainer at Insurance Company at least for 6 years
Strong in communication and personal development
Target oriented and sales driven
Business Proficiency in English both writing and verbal
Excellent presentation skill
