SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN
Position Summary
The Social Media Intern will be responsible for fully supporting the Social Media & Creative
Department in scheduling social media calendars, creating social media posts and other
administerial tasks. This position will be working closely with the Social Media and Creative teams.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
Create weekly /monthly social media calendars to promote brands on various social media
platforms
Post on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns.
Brainstorm campaign ideas.
Track social media engagement to identify high-performing posts and campaigns for
scalability
Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
Compile report for management showing results (ROI)

Must lead by example with excellent written and verbal communication skills and acute
attention to detail
Must be able to multi-task, prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Experience in working with multiple brands
Generate innovative and creative ideas and solutions to everyday challenges
Take ownership for specific projects with minimal supervision
