Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Support organizing and coordinate marketing events.
Work with suppliers, venues, and support marketing teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Prepare presentations, and digital assets for event use.
Analyze event effectiveness, gather insights, and report on attendee engagement.
Maintain clear communication with headquarters, providing regular updates and insights.
Translate marketing materials, reports, and business documents from English to Mandarin (and vice versa) accurately.
Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements:
Min. Bachelor's Degree.
Min. Conversational Level Mandarin proficiency and High Conversational Level English proficiency.
Min. 2 years of working experience as Marketing or similar in any industry, experienced in supporting event coordination.
Committed, self motivated, disciplined, creative, assertive, good communication, and good presentation skills.
