Responsibilities:
Researching prospect and generating leads.
Developing sales strategies and certain sales goals.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions.
Contacting potential and existing clients on the phone, email and in person for sales purposes.
Preparing and sending sales related proposals when necessary.
Efficient handling of prospects questions, enquiry and objections.
Assist clients during the claims process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, providing excellent customer service and ongoing support.
