Pump Operator

Requirements

Minimum of SSCE / Trade Test Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

2–3 years of experience operating concrete pumps or other industrial pumping equipment.

Good knowledge of pump maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs.

Ability to read and interpret gauges, flow meters, and pressure indicators.

Understanding of safety procedures and operational protocols on construction sites.

Physically fit and capable of working long hours in outdoor/site conditions.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from site supervisors.

Attention to detail with strong focus on precision and timing during operations.

Certification in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) is an added advantage.

Experience working on construction or batching plant sites is preferred.
