Job Description
Responsibilities:
Support project teams by managing and centralizing planning contract submissions and purchase order input from the sales team
Assist in basic project estimations, ensuring documentation aligns with internal benchmarks and cost references
Coordinate closely with the sales, estimator, and project execution teams to ensure timely and accurate PO processing
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, databases, and internal records
Prepare, verify, and submit relevant documentation to support project planning and execution stages
Monitor project admin timelines, track outstanding items, and provide regular status updates
Ensure documentation complies with internal procedures and quality standards
Requirements:
Minimum D3 degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
1+ years of experience in project administration, estimation support, or similar roles
Familiarity with the construction, interior, or general contracting industry is a strong plus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; comfortable handling spreadsheets and project templates
Strong administrative skills and a sharp eye for detail and accuracy
Able to work independently, manage tasks under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Basic understanding of estimation principles and PO workflows is preferred
