Job Description
Key Responsibilities
M&E Framework Design & Implementation
Develop and maintain M&E plans, logframes, and performance indicators for all programs.
Ensure frameworks align with donor expectations, internal strategy, and sector standards.
Build simple but rigorous systems for both outcome tracking and operational feedback.
Data Collection & Quality Assurance
Oversee quantitative and qualitative data collection via digital tools and fieldwork.
Train field teams and partners on consistent data protocols.
Implement spot-checks and audits to ensure high-quality data flows.
Performance Analysis & Strategic Reporting
Analyze program data and generate internal dashboards for decision-making.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with key trends and performance metrics.
Provide insights that inform program pivots, strategic reviews, and fundraising.
Storytelling & Case Study Development
Collect human-centered stories, testimonials, and photos from the field.
Collaborate with People & Culture team to transform data into content: case studies, infographics, success narratives, and social media snippets.
Package M&E insights into compelling presentations and donor communications.
Learning & Adaptive Management
Organize reflection sessions with program teams to review performance and lessons.
Lead internal learning reviews and contribute to the development of new program models.
Capture “what works” and “what didn’t” to improve design and delivery across the organization.
