Method Engineering:

Design and improve manufacturing processes complying with ergonomic and safety rules.

Build and maintain Lean cells and racks using LADM – new, modification after MTM and transfers.

Implement and maintain Poke Yoke & Jidoka principles in the manufacturing area.

Manage & support Kaizen activities (methodology & maintain appropriate databases).

Manage jigs/fixtures (Troubleshoot, improve existing, new & transfers & maintain database).

Manage VSM & EVSM.IE/LDS (Target setting & Improvement).Implement & support Lean & Six Sigma projects.

Support change over improvement thru SMED

Enhance current processes and/or develop new processes.

Establish and modify operating standards.

Generate and maintain reports as directed by Management/Department.

Implement and support 5S within the workplace.

Carry out any other duties as and when required by Management / Department.

Have knowledge for Automation Machine.

Qualifications

Fluency in English is a must.

Advanced level on Excel, Powerpoint, SAP (user) and Autocad 2D.

Fast learning and with ability to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment.

Practical-mathematical mindset & problem-solving approach.

Experience in process improvement, lean implementation and/or warehouse process designing.

Experience in implementation of SMART technologies in Manufacturing is preferred.

Must be willing to be based in Batam
