Job Purpose
The role is responsible for Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment, Talent, and Performance management.
Job Specification
Education
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field from an accredited University.
MBA / master’s degree in HR or CHRPK or Higher Diploma in HR will be an added advantage.
Full Member of IHRM with a valid practicing certificate
Work Experience
Over 9 years’ experience in Human Resources of which at least 5 years should have been in Banking/ Financial sector at management level managing talent acquisition/recruitment, talent, and performance management or serving as a HR Business Partner (HRBP).
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing the entire hiring process within the Bank, including developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring the Bank attracts and hires top talent by effectively utilizing various recruitment methods and tracking key metrics to optimize the hiring process.
Support Line Manager in setting, evaluating, and monitoring of employee performance and ensure timely interventions are taken to address any performance gaps.
Manage talent management initiatives such as identification of high performing and potential employees, talent pools, coaching and mentorship program etc.

Performance Management- understanding and hands on experience in handling the entire performance management cycle.
Knowledge and experience in the usage of Balanced Scorecard (BSC).
HR Business partnering
Talent management – including hands on experience in the use of the 9-box grid.
