Job Description/Requirements

Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.

Support the recruitment process by helping with job postings, shortlisting, and interview scheduling.

Help coordinate onboarding and induction sessions for new hires.

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.

Support in documenting HR policies, procedures, and performance management tools.

Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and communication documents.

Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR processes.

Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
