Position Summary

As an Entry-Level Marketing Associate, you’ll work alongside a passionate team to support campaign execution, promote brand messaging, and interact directly with consumers. This is an on-site role that offers hands-on experience in field marketing, promotional events, and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm at promotional events

• Engage with customers in-person to communicate brand value and offerings

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns

• Collaborate with team members to meet campaign goals and KPIs

• Track and report customer feedback and campaign results

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics coordination

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and marketing trends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, approachable, and confident in engaging with the public

• Self-motivated and eager to learn with a team-oriented mindset

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, on-site environment

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Toronto, ON (remote work not available)

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or promotions is a plus, but not required
