Job Brief

We are looking for a diligent Dispatch Clerk to manage our clients transport procedures in a timely manner. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our clients goods are dispatched to the correct location, promptly. You'll be a vital cog in our logistics operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage all delivery procedures.

Prepare and review delivery documents.

Track deliveries and provide updates to relevant parties.

Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to dispatch.

Ensure all operations adhere to laws and guidelines.

Requirements and Skills

Proven experience as a Dispatch Clerk or relevant role.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficient in MS Office and data entry.

Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English

Must have a Gr 12 qualification

Tertiary qualification in Logistics or similar will be an added advantage

Heavy lifting is required so someone in good health is required
