Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Online Research & Content Assistant to support our marketing, ad placements, and administrative operations. You’ll post and monitor ads, perform web research, create digital assets, and interact with prospects—all from your own workspace.

Key Responsibilities

Navigate various websites to gather information, post ads, and track responses

Use ChatGPT, Microsoft Word, and Excel for content creation, data entry, and reporting

Publish and monitor English‑language ads on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc.

Provide real‑time chat support and engage with prospects in clear, professional English

Coordinate with the marketing team to schedule, review, and optimize content

Must‑Have Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Comfortable using ChatGPT, MS Word, and Excel

Proven ability to navigate and post on multiple websites

Excellent attention to detail and time‑management skills
