Job Description
Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)
A minimum of 3 years of work experience in customer service, sales and e-commerce, banking, finance and commerce, accounting, marketing, or human resources. Experience in administrative roles is also preferred
Proficiency in using Google and/or Microsoft Office applications, database management tools, and other computer skills
Experience with invoicing, complex administrative tasks, and client relations is a plus
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Excellent email and calendar management abilities
High attention to detail
Willingness to work on-site at our Cebu City office
Tasks and Responsibilities
Entering and documenting data, and assisting with forms or loan applications
Managing emails and calendars
Updating and maintaining client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Coordinating with customers and clients, including prospects and existing clients
Handling client social media administration as needed
Documenting and improving processes as required
Conducting research, reporting, and managing vendors as necessary
