Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Claims processing
• Claims email inbox management – moving emails from an inbox into an archiving system, saving emails to electronic database, creating tasks, and adding claim file notes into the system.
• Complete monthly file review activities.
• Reconciliation of supplier invoices
• Creating invoice payments for authorization to assessors, repairers, and members
• Adjusting reserves on motor claims from incoming emails
• Uploading quotes and images to assessors’ online portals.
Customer Service
• Maintain excellent staff relationships by providing prompt and efficient administrative support to the claims process and follow through with promises made.
• Action all tasks and queries in a timely manner with adherence to compliance requirements and procedures.
