3 years of experience in the hospitality and mall industry.
Experienced in SOP & Business Process review/creation.
Experienced in doing continuous improvement projects.
Have lean six sigma green belt certification.
Strong in administration.
Job Description
Conduct business process mapping and SOP preparation through coordination with users and related functions.
Checking the suitability of systems, policies, procedures, and forms used within the scope of the Company and ecosystem to be in line with the Company's strategy and applicable regulations.
Supervise the quality management system so that it is implemented in accordance with applicable requirements and regulations.
Analyze findings and provide recommendations for appropriate corrective actions based on audit findings.
Identify the need for continuous improvement in every process and performance within the Company.
Designing continuous improvement efforts or programs and standardization processes that are appropriate to support the effectiveness of the Company's performance.
Manage General Affair operations, including office facilities, equipment procurement, and vendor management.
Oversee asset management, procurement process, and office inventory control.
