Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative leadership and management oversight for the school
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives to support the school's mission and vision
Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and facilities management
Supervise and support administrative staff
Foster a positive and inclusive school culture
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Position Requirements:
Minimum of Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in school administration or leadership
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
