Responsibilities

Process data to generate weekly reports for strategic incentives and provide data-driven insights that support business strategy.

Track key performance metrics and deliver regular updates to evaluate business performance and operational efficiency.

Support cross-functional coordination, assist in document processing, and optimize administrative workflows.

Handle ad-hoc tasks related to data analysis and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Statistics, Finance, Business, or a related field.

Detail-oriented and highly sensitive with data tracking.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools like Excel.

Strong communication skills and ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Basic SQL knowledge is highly preferable.

Experience in strategy or analyst roles.

Prior internship experience in e-commerce is a plus.
