Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new sales leads through research, cold outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries
Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments to match client challenges with the right solutions
Deliver engaging demos and presentations to key decision-makers
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
Maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools, keeping track of deals, activities, and performance metrics
Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Support) to ensure client success
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, driving renewals and upsells
Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings
Represent the company at trade shows, education expos, and virtual events
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in tech sales, preferably within a SaaS or EdTech environment
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to simplify complex technology for non-technical buyers
Results-oriented with a proactive, hunter mindset
Experience working with educational institutions, HR teams, or recruitment firms is a strong advantage
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
