Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers warmly, providing a welcoming store experience.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable sewing machines and accessories.

Demonstrate product features and provide knowledgeable guidance to drive sales.

Maintain an attractive and organized store presentation.

Accurately process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries.

Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.

Strong product knowledge skills and the ability to learn technical features quickly.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain a neat, appealing store environment.

Ability to work effectively in a team and meet sales targets.

Candidates must live within Yaba, Surulere, Mushin, Bariga, Shomolu, Ebute Metta and it's environs
