Sales Associate IT Services

We are seeking a Senior Business Development/Sales expert with 5 to 8 years of deep industry knowledge and a proven ability to drive business from Tier 1 countries. The person should be able to generate business and manage conversions.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate (IT Services) located in Lucknow. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing tailored IT service solutions to meet client needs. Daily tasks include engaging with potential clients, preparing and delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Associate will also collaborate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT industry trends and services.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management\

• Previous experience in IT sales

• Knowledge of IT Services, Solutions, and Trends

• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred
