Assist in Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract potential candidates.
Screen Resumes: Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Support Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting reference checks, and coordinating background screenings.
Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Update candidate information, interview feedback, and status changes in the ATS.
Conduct Initial Phone Screens: Perform preliminary phone interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and interest in the position.
Assist with Job Postings: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and engagement.
Participate in Recruitment Events: Support the planning and execution of recruitment events, job fairs, and career expos.
Generate Recruitment Reports: Assist in generating and analyzing recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Provide Administrative Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
