Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Order Processing Coordinator:

Manages the order processing system, including receiving and efficiently coordinating with the warehouse for timely fulfillment.

Logistics Coordinator:

Coordinates transportation and logistics activities to ensure timely delivery, manage transportation costs, and maintain high service levels.

Coordinate Vehicle Fleet Operations:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s vehicle fleets, including scheduling.

Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Inventory Management:

Oversee inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of pharmaceutical products.

Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to maintain adequate stock levels.

Route Planning and Optimization:

Develop efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize fuel consumption.

Utilize route optimization software and GPS tracking systems to monitor vehicle movements.

Supervise Warehouse Operation:

Monitor warehouse activities to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of products.

Implement best practices for inventory control and warehouse organization.

Administrative Support:

Assist in the preparation of reports, invoices, and other documentation related to vehicles.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and driver logs.

Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Training and Development:

Provide training to drivers and warehouse staff on safe handling practices.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee development within the operation.

Cost Management:

Monitor expenses related to vehicle operation, including fuel, maintenance, and repairs.

Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency without compromising quality.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and ability to drive.
