Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective clients
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract leads and boost property visibility
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners
Conduct property inspections, presentations, and follow-ups
Manage online listings, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and prepare regular performance reports
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate sector
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ordinary National Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an added advantage
Remuneration: Attractive and competitive, with performance-based commission
