Finance Accounting Supervisor

Job Description:

- Preparing and analyzing financial statements (Balance sheet, profit and loss, Cash Flow)

- Reviewing and analyzing company taxation (PPH 21, PPH 23, Agency PPH, Final PPH, PPN)

- Reviewing and checking financial records (incl. journal & ledger).

- Can manage and monitor petty cash and bank accounts

- Monitor budget usage and report variances to management

- Maintain proper documentation of financial records in both digital and physical formats

- Support internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Requirements :

- Strong analytical and planning skills;

- Good communication and presentation skills;

- Excellent problem-solving skills;

- Education minimum S1 Accounting / Finance

- Minimum 2 years experience in supervisor accounting / finance

- Preferably experience in the financial industry

- Careful, honest, decisive, fast, agile and initiative
