Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service:
Drive sales and business development for our client fish and chicken products, focusing on B2C sales.
Develop and maintain a sales roster, tracking potential and existing customer interactions.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage order processing, client follow-ups, and after-sales services.
Social Media Marketing:
Create and manage engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms to promote our client products and services.
Develop strategies to increase followers, interactions, and sales via social media channels.
Produce dynamic content such as videos, infographics, interactive posts, and static content like graphics and product photos.
Collaborate with the graphic designer to create high-quality visuals for social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity.
Engage with followers through comments, direct messages, and community interactions to build brand loyalty.
Monitor social media trends and create content to leverage them effectively.
Offline Marketing & Guerrilla Marketing:
Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, including outdoor advertising, print media, and partnerships with local businesses.
Implement guerrilla marketing tactics to create buzz around our client products in creative and cost-effective ways.
Organize pop-up events, roadshows, and in-person activations to engage with new customers and build awareness.
Coordinate promotional giveaways, discounts, and branded experiences to attract and retain customers.
Work with the graphic designer to ensure all offline marketing materials are visually compelling and on-brand.
Branding & Marketing:
Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications, both online and offline.
Collaborate with the graphic designer to create visual content, including flyers, posters, digital ads, and product packaging.
Coordinate online and offline promotional campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and other marketing events.
Press Relations & Communication:
Develop and send press releases to promote our client initiatives, new products, and achievements.
